Is there a lot of bleeding in nose plastic surgery?
Since millimetric procedures are performed in rhinoplasty, it is not desired to have bleeding during surgery. Trying to perform such sensitive surgical procedures for a bleeding nose may complicate the surgeon’s work and increase the swelling and bruises after the operation. For this reason, techniques called atraumatic method, which are performed by entering under the nasal cartilage membrane and bone membrane, where bleeding is the least, are preferred. Performing the operations from these areas will reduce bleeding and will also cause less edema and bruising after the surgery. Nose aesthetic surgeries are operations that are tried to be performed in a way to provide a bloodless environment.
